If you’ve made my stuffing chaffles, you’re just a simple step or two away from having full fledged keto stuffing…

Ingredients

Directions

  • Tear 8 stuffing chaffles into pieces then process in a food processor into 1/2 inch or smaller bits.
  • Add chicken broth and stir to mix.
  • Pour stuffing into a greased baking dish, cover with foil and bake at 400F for 25 minutes.
  • Remove foil and continue to bake for another 15 minutes.
  • Allow to cool for a minute or two before serving.

  1. Steve I am so happy to have this recipe! My favorite part of Thanksgiving is the stuffing also! My dad made the best stuffing ever since he passed 35 years ago I have been making it. Since keto I haven’t been able to. Thank you so much and happy Thanksgiving!

  4. I have been keto since 2017. Every year I’ve made a different stuffing recipe and every year I’ve been disappointed. This recipe had me close to tears it was so spot on! The only changes I made were flax for the oat fiber and way more stuffing herbs mixture both in the waffles and stirred in to the actual stuffing mixture at the same time as the broth before baking. Chef’s kiss, this is a definite keeper!
