Ingredients
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp chili powder (I prefer ancho)
1/2 tsp allulose (optional)
2 tsp red wine vinegar (10mL) *see note
1/2 cup mayonnaise (112g)
1/4 cup no sugar added ketchup (64g)
2 TB yellow mustard (30g)
Directions
- Combine all ingredients with a whisk or narrow spatula.
- Refrigerate for an hour to let the flavors blend.
- Serve on burgers, chicken nuggets, etc.
- Because of the acidity in this sauce, it should be fridge stable for several weeks.

Notes
- Macronutrients are based on a serving size of 2 tablespoons (30g).
- I prefer red wine vinegar, but you can substitute distilled white vinegar for a “sharper” flavor.

Thank you Steve, I am going to try the suggestion you made on YT and use pickle juice
