I found a recipe for rhubarb BBQ sauce that I am going to try to keto-ize. I was wondering which brown sugar substitute would work best?

Depends on how carb conscious you want to be. If you are willing to accept a few extra carbs, Truvia Brown is the best. Alternatively, I find that Swerve Brown has a consistency most like brown sugar (more than Sukrin or Lakanto).
